Holiday house

Downstairs there is a large fully equipped modern kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer and a family dining area. There is also a separate dining room (with dining setting for 8), a lounge with widescreen TV, DVD and stereo, laundry, one bedroom and a bathroom with toilet and shower.

Upstairs is a family room with a TV, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath and separate toilet.

There is gas fire heating in the lounge room for winter nights.
Outside there are large gardens (the rear garden is fully enclosed) a gas BBQ and outdoor setting.

There is a non-refundable security deposit of $250.00. This is refundable in full if the accommodation is left as found.

Please confine smoking to the outdoor areas.

Locality

Just a 2 minute walk to the swimming beach Calypso Beach House is located on a cul de sac opposite a park.

At the top of the road is the beach car park with BBQs, childrens playground and toilets/showers.

There is a fabulous beach cycle/walking path which can take you all the way into town along the coast.

It is only a 5 minute drive to the centre of Mandurah with all its attractions.

Halls Head Centro shopping centre is nearby.
