The property is fully self contained and sleeps a maximum of 10 people. There is an in-built heater for those chilly winter days. There is a gas BBQ and the backyard is fenced. Just a stroll across the road to the beach.

The are 2 bedrooms downstairs with one containing a double bed and the other has 2 single beds
The upstairs three bedrooms have 2 queen beds and a bunk (2 singles).

Locality/Attractions

There are many things to do in Malua Bay and the surroundings areas. Bateman's Bay and Mogo are both around 15 minutes drive from Malua Bay.Mogo Zoo is worthwhile having a look at with the boutique shops at Mogo.
Various other beaches like McKenzies and Garden bay are close by. There are many fishing spots, bushwalking and 4WD tracks in the area.
Whether you are after goumet dining, takeaway or having the freedom to cook your own meals, all the choices are available to you and are within walking distance. Treat yourself to gourmet dining at Tyler's Kitchen or the handy supermarket has all the provisions for a home cooked meal, both located just across the road. Otherwise there is a takeaway or chinese food at the local club.

All amenities are on hand at Malua Bay...supermarket, take away, bottle shop, newsagent for all those holiday needs. Malua Bay bowling club is a short walk away.
The property is perfect for 2 families or the extended family. The house boasts 2 separate accommodations with separate entries. The house has two fully self contained kitchens with facilities for 10 people. There are 2 bathrooms. Suffice to say there is plenty of room to enjoy a relaxing holiday with your family or if you just want that extra space. A games room is also provided with games table and beanbags for lounging around. A selection of DVD's is provided for your enjoyment on your 42" flat screen TV. There is also a second 32" flat screen for your enjoyment.
With a fresh renovation, you will enjoy this bright and breezy house with a welcoming atmosphere and we are sure you will feel instantly at home.
