It’s just a 2-minute stroll to stunning Malua Bay beach. Great for a swim, a walk on the beach or round the headlands, or a bit of beach or rock fishing.

An ideal spot for a romantic getaway, a tranquil time away from the rat race, or a family holiday.

To make sure you’re comfortable, the house is appointed with a polished hardwood floor, CD player, reverse cycle airconditioning, fan, microwave, dining setting for 4 that can expand for 6, comfortable lounge, BBQ, washing machine, television and DVD player. The semi-detached downstairs studio or kids' retreat has another TV with a VCR.

The house is kept spotlessly clean, and we provide kitchen and bathroom essentials (dishwashing liquid, sponges, tea-towel, washing powder, toilet paper, etc).

Malua Bay beach is one of the best holiday locations on the Southcoast. Our beachfront cottage is located in a quiet street away from the coast road.

On the coast road, a 10 minute walk away, are a small supermarket, newsagent and butcher, and a bottle shop around the corner from them. By the beach, there is the best little seaside cafe / fish and chips take-away / restaurant, called 'The Sandy Foot'. A half kilometre off the coast road, away from the beach, is the Malua Bay Bowling club with its own restaurant. For more restaurants, cafes, cinema and general shopping, Batemans Bay is 15 minutes away via the coast road.

Malua Bay beach offers great walks along the beach, or more vigorous walking up along the southern headland into national park. There is a park with new modern play equipment and council BBQs if you want to have a BBQ in the park by the beach. Batemans Bay Surf Lifesaving have a club house on the beach. The beach is patrolled in summer through to Easter.

The Eurobodalla Botanical Gardens are located about 4 km south of Batemans Bay. The Gardens are open from Wednesday to Sunday.

The small community of Mogo is worth a visit. To get there from Malua Bay, drive 9 km south to Tomakin, then take the road to Mogo. About 1 km from Mogo you will see the Mogo Zoo, which is well worth a visit.

Fishing boats can be hired from Batemans Bay (15 minutes north of Malua Bay) or Moruya (15 minutes south of Malua Bay.

The main bedroom has a queen size bed (pictured). It is upstairs overlooking the Seaside balcony and out to sea. There is a second small bedroom upstairs with a double-decker bunk (pictured). The lounge dining area upstairs (pictured) afords a magnificent view of the beach and ocean. There is a new kitchen (pictured) upstairs and a renovated bathroom (pictured) with a shower / bath, vanity and WC. There is another studio / bedroom / kids retreat downstairs with another double-decker bunk and a small lounge area with views, a second TV and VCR. There is also a separate laundry downstairs with a second shower and toilet.
