Holiday house

South Coast Prestigious Location - Enjoy the fabulous beach views as you sit on the deck, surrounded by spotted gums and listen to the sound of native birds. Fill your days with swimming or boogie boarding, snorkelling, fishing, long walks on the beach and in the surrounding national parks or curl up in front of the open fire. Let the children build their favourite sandcastles or investigate the pristine rock pools on Rosedale beach. Batemans Bay is 15 minutes away.

Rosedale Beach House can sleep 6 people comfortably in 4 bedrooms. There are 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.

Location.
Rosedale is a secluded village 15 minutes drive south of Bateman's Bay along the scenic tourist route. It is positioned between two rocky headlands which are joined by a long stretch of sandy beach. It is environmentally protected and relatively undeveloped with one of the cleanest beaches in NSW.

Rosedale is a 2 hour drive from Canberra, the Nation's Capital and a 3.5 hour drive from Sydney. The closest airport is Moruya which is 20 minutes south.

A very relaxing mini-vacation. We will definately be back for a longer stay!

 Bushwalking. Walk to Guerilla Bay and continue onto the lighthouse at Burrewarra Point.

 Take the children to Mogo Zoo. You will be surprised at how great it really is.
 Visit the galleries, craft shops and café’s at Mogo Villiage. The coffee is great here.
 Relive the Goldmining days at Mogo Goldfields.
 Play Putt, Putt golf in Bateman’s Bay.
 Dust off your No 1 Wood and test your distance at the Golf Driving Range, Moorings Golf Course Tomakin.
 Go Deep Sea Fishing from Mossy Point.
 Visit Birdland Animal Park, 55 Beach Road, Bateman’s Bay. An enormous array of our feathered friends.
 Take a drive down south and visit the National Trust classified village of Tilba Tilba and visit the wonderful garden of “Foxglove Spires” while you are there.

You would need to bring your own sheets, pillow slips, towels, beach towels, bathmat and tea towels.
