Holiday house

Unusual and elegant architect designed home,forming a pair of octagons.
Views to the lake down a gentle slope full of native trees and birds.

Large open plan living,dining and kitchen.
Top quality fittings, many extras.2 TVS, DVD player. Wood and gas space heating. Overhead fans for cooling.
Full sized electric fridge,freezer,dishwasher, gas stove with flame grill.Solid Tasmanian oak bench tops and cupboards.
Floors are beautiful redgum and form a quiet, glowing back drop.. The house has many passive solar features, as well as a great"sun trap" in the front room.

Expansive gardens, with a great fenced salt water pool and even a cubby house!
Double lock up garage, which also contains a ping-pong table and games.Gas BBQ. Extensive decks to enjoy the garden and views from.
3 spacious acres to relax and play on. The house is set well back off the road and is very private.

The house consists of 3 bedrooms, one with an en suite. The main bathroom has a spa and a shower as well.
There is a stairway(guarded) leading to a high lookout point and rumpus room. 1 bedroom is single, 2 bunks in second room,third has a double.The laundry has a dryer and and automatic washing machine. There is a ducted vacuum system.
Off a covered entry is a separate area consisting of a double bedroom, and another bedroom with 2 singles.
This also has a small living area and an en suite.

This is also a non-smoking house.
