Holiday house

Comfortable 2 storey three bedroom plus home.
A large front balcony gives excellent views of the bottom lake, Howe Range, Gabo Island lighthouse
and the ocean.
Upstairs has a large,long dining table, great for entertaining.
An open plan kitchen and living area add to the feeling of light and space.The balcony has outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ. The kitchen has a full sized fridge, microwave,dishwasher and gas stove.
The bathroom does not have a bath, but the shower cubicle has a lip.
There is also one single bed room with two beds and a Queen sized bed room with views.
A small back balcony leads to the backyard and the external clothes line.
There is a TV,DVD, gas heating,natural cooling assisted by fans.
Downstairs there is a "rumpus" room, with a pull out double sofa.
There is also a very large bed room with three single beds. There is also a bath room with shower and toilet.
The laundry has an automatic washing machine.
As well as a carport there is a large garage.
The house is 5 minutes from the lake and about 1.5km from Town Central.
