Three bed room home in a good location,walking distance to Mallacoota shops and Hotel.
Views over bottom lake and ocean. Quiet street.
Full sized electric kitchen, all new whitegoods. Microwave.Dishwasher.Separate eating areas in kitchen and dining room.
Open plan living dining area. Heating is slow combustion and air con, wood provided. Cooling is air conditioning & ceiling fans.
Two bedrooms downstairs, one upstairs in loft type accommodation(with toliet)
Configuration 2 queen sized bedrooms, 1 set of single bunks. Beds have doonas. Extra pillows and blankets in wardrobes.
Carpeted in living and sleeping areas.iPOD dock,radio and CD player. Plasma screen TV.DVD,VCR.
Bathroom has a bath and a separate shower.Laundry with automatic washing machine.Gas BBQ and out door furniture.High chair & portacot available.
Fully fenced back yard.
Under cover parking.
Pets welcome.(there is a cleaning bond on all of our properties)
This is a non-smoking house.
Sleeps: maximum 6
