Holiday house

This is a new and very well appointed two storey,two bed room house.
There are stunning views over most of the bottom lake and the ocean and Howe Range.

Downstairs is a very large under cover garage.
There is ample parking for cars and boats and a non-skid and easy driveway to the house.
Upstairs is by an exterior staircase. It has been designed to take full advantage of the views.
The house is modern open plan living,dining and kitchen. Tastefully and comfortably furnished
with plenty of seating and a lovely dining area looking over the gardens to the water.
The kitchen is a galley with a large pantry, full sized electric stove and fridge and a microwave.
The house has reverse cycle air conditioning for your comfort. There is not only TV but DVD and
Video players and a good sound system.
A balcony out the front has a gas BBQ and outdoor furniture.
There are two bedrooms, one with a doule blankets and a quilt( and a single bed as well)and one Queensized with a doona.
The front bedroom has a clock and a radio.
The bathroom has a shower, but no bath.
There is a large washing machine,laundry sink and external clothesline.
Idea for two couples, or a small family.

THIS IS A NON SMOKING HOUSE.
