Peaceful, quiet and very comfortable!
This two bed room house plus bedsit has outstanding views from the expansive front balcony.
See from the top of the lake system, Howe Range and islands to Gabo and the ocean.
There is:
A full sized electric kitchen upstairs and a small complete kitchen in the downstairs apartment.
Disabled friendly entrance and grab rails.
Flow through ventilation and fan downstairs, upstairs RC air conditioning. Heatbank.
Two queen sized bed rooms upstairs, one queen sized downstairs as well as a foldout couch in the living area.
Two livingdining areas
Off street parking.
PETS only by special arrangement please.
This is a non smoking house.The owners have an allergy, please don't smoke on premises at all.
No suitable for very small children( balcony and stairs on one side)
Well behaved pets welcome, a refundable bond of $200 will apply.
