Relax in this mud brick cottage, only 800 metres walk from the surf patrolled beach and shops !Located within an attractive enclave of mud-brick dwellings and opposite Mortimer's Paddock, a bush-land reserve.

Cathedral ceilings, natural timber, mud-bricks and quality finishes provide a rustic, tasteful ambience. Being mud-brick it is cool in summer and warm in winter.

Environmentally aware with landscaped, native gardens. Outdoor

decks and gas BBQ. Open plan design for relaxed living includes;

- Kitchen (dishwasher, stove, fridge & microwave)
