Beautiful four bed room home situated in quiet street but only 5 minutes walking distance to shops and bistros.

No expense has been spared in the creating of this outstanding dwelling.

Stunning views over lakes and ocean.

Polished wooden floors, timber lined, external cladding which insulates the house completely.

Four bedrooms. Bed configuration: Parents retreat double, bedroom 2 double bedroom 3 1set of singlre bunks,trundle underneath bedroom 4 used as study

Beds have doonas.

Extra blankets and pillows(just bring your own personal linen such as sheets)

2 bathrooms,one with spa. 2 toilets

2 TVs, DVD, VCR,radio.

Great kitchen with full sized gas stove, microwave and dishwasher.
