The Garden House is a light filled two bedroom house within 5-10 minutes walk to surf beaches and golf course. The house is well appointed, with north-facing windows overlooking a secure lush garden, which is ideal for BBQs, relaxing and childs' play.

"We loved the house at 27 Terra Nova Dve, Mallacoota. It combined 70's chic with Japanese influences and worked a treat! The back garden was gorgeous and our kids really enjoyed the tree-platform. We loved the art-work in the house and the location was ideal - close to beaches, walking tracks and a nice walk into town. Very good value for money too. We hope to be back."
