Maleny, Queensland
The 'Rondawel' is situated between the picturesque villages of Maleny and Montville. It is a beautiful timber and glass hexagonal cottage with two spacious bedrooms, log fire, large lounge area, built on stumps to give the effect of a tree house. Magic!
"Great hospitality! Peaceful and cosy by the fire. Delicious food. Thank you."

"The Rondawel was a lovely cozy and comfortable cottage to stay in. Peaceful, clean and central to Maleny and Montville. My mother, sister and I enjoyed our stay very much and especially loved the birds in the giant old fig tree next to the verandah. Matilda was a great hostess."

"My mother & I had the best time. The Rondawel is truly a lovely, relaxing Africian inspiring retreat. We loved the atmosphere and the beauty of the rain forest surrounding us in any kind of weather. We loved the rain falling through the trees. Lovely hostess and great meals too!!! We have already booked our next holiday at the Rondawel and we can hardly wait !!!"

"Our stay at the Rondawel was great. We knew as soon as we walked through the door that it was perfect - spotlessly clean, beautiful furnishings and ornaments, lovely music, fireplace, natural surroundings and a yummy breakfast! Nothing was spared in the way of linen, crockery and utensils which made everything so easy. We definitely recommend the Rondawel and will be back again next year!!"

"This cottage is absolutely beautiful, large bedrooms and bathroom, which are very comfortable, and the wood fire made it very cosy! The host could not do enough for us when we arrived, and we had one of the home cooked South African meals during our stay, brought to the cottage for us, it was delightful. The Rondawel is situated next door to the African Cottage and in a very handy location between Maleny and Montville, so very easy to explore the beautiful area."
