Just a few minutes north of Maleny, Jacaranda Cottages offers a great place to escape the busy city life. High in the hills our cottages overlook a dam, lush green pastures and bushland. Each cottage has wood fire heating, cooking facilities, TV, DVD, stereo and a BBQ.
CATHEDRAL COTTAGE - is our largest cottage and sleeps up to seven. It has three bedrooms (two with ensuite), full kitchen, huge lounge and slow combustion fire place. It is great for a large family, two smaller families or a group.
THE FARMHOUSE - also a large cottage with two bedrooma and a sleep-out catering for five people. It has a lovely big lounge, country kitchen and old fashioned wood stove for heatingo
THE CHALET - is a modern two story contemporary cottage. It sleeps up to six people withe three bedrooms, lounge, gourmet kitchen, spa bath and large verandahs.
THE WHIPBIRD CABIN - is our private "couples only" luxury cottage built inside an old farm shed. It boasts a double spa, glass front fire place, timber floors, french doors, lounge, patio and cooking facilities.
THE BUNYA COTTAGE - Is a luxury Couples Cottage with sweeping valley views. It features Queen bed, double spa, glass front fire place, timber floors, patio, wide screen TV, DVD, Stereo, small kitchen, BBQ and outdoor setting.

Jacaranda Cottages is located about ten minutes north of the township of Maleny. Malent is known for its "artistic" nature and slightly alternate lifestyle. We are high in the hills of lush green dairy farm country. We are roughly 35 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Caloundra, fifteen minutes from Lake Baroon and a stones throw from a variety of national parks and state forests. Jacaranda Cottages makes a lovely base for a hinterland holiday.

On our property we have several acres of grassy fields, a dam for mucking around in summer, a few farm animals, plus bushland full of native birds and wildlife
