Luxury settlement style homestead furnished with antiques, surrounded by a shady veranda, with large deck facing citrus orchard and 15 mtre lap pool on 25 acres on the Williams River.

disabled access, featherdown quilts, enormous 8 seater down sofa, alfresco dining on spacious veranda

Locality

2 hrs from Sydney, 30 mins to Port Stephens and Newcastle, Visit the historic towns of Dungog shire. Clarence Town, Dungog, Gresford, Paterson and Vacy taking in one of the many cafes and wineries. Local attractions water skiing, boating, horseriding, canoeing,bush walking, antiques, Barrington Tops, beaches, wineries.

Property

25 acres of parklike grounds, collect fresh eggs each morning, 200 fruit trees: enjoy fresh mandarins, lemonades during May to October. Visitors are likely to see ever present kookaburras, blue wrens, finches, swallows, rosellas, king parrots, wedge tail eagles and ducks. Occasionally at sunset wallabies, kangaroos, possums, goannas and other lizards venture into the garden.
