Holiday house

Maitland is a short drive to the coastal towns of Ardrossan, Port Victoria, Balgowan and Moonta.

Property Features:

* One bedroom Queen, sofa bed in the lounge (sleep 4)

* Disability facilities in the bathroom and a ramp to enter the property
* fully equipped kitchen with benchtop oven and hotplates
* parking at the rear of the cottage

The cottage is within walking distance to the shops, hotels and golf course.

A 1 night minimum booking applies year round, with the exception of 3 nights for long weekends, 4 nights for Easter, and 7 nights for ChristmasNew Year.
