Holiday apartment, Self-contained apartment

The apartment is located opposite Geoffrey Bay in Arcadia, less than 5 minutes from the Townsville to Magnetic Island ferry Terminal at Nelly Bay. The bus stops outside our property and can be used to easily commute around the island.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor and has a garage. It has 2 bedrooms with (1 queen size bed and B2 with a Double Bed, single bunk overhead and a stand alone single bed to accommodate a 6 people. Bathroom contains spa bath, toilet, vanity basin and shower. Separate laundry with washing machine and clothes dryer.

Modern kitchen and lounge dining area with beautiful water frontage views. From your front balcony to the sea is a 30 second walk. Geoffrey Bay is a Marine Park Zone B Bay and Magnetic Island is a World Heritage listed island.

The apartment is one of four and has a beautiful private pool at the rear of the property for you to enjoy. Close to restaurants, liquor shop, bowling green and mini-mart.

Locality

Geoffrey Bay offers swimming and snorkelling over its own reef. Shady trees overhang the sandy beaches immediately outside our apartment. You are less than 1 kilometre from beautiful Alma Bay which has a lifeguard patrolled beach. A large supermarket is situated at Nelly Bay and groceries can be delivered by arrangement to your apartment.

One of 4 apartments in premium location, Arcadia village on Magnetic Island. Check-In time is 2:00pm. Check-Out: 10:00am, unless confirmed availability for time extension is made directly with owners.
