A few minutes drive from the house will get you to all the major attractions around the island including the world famous Penguin Parade, Wildlife Coast Cruises, Phillip Island wildlife Park, Grand Prix Circuit Museum and the surf beaches and magnificent views of the Island's South Coast.

This home is a must for people wishing to enjoy a truly quiet beach side retreat with the added bonus of being in the heart of Cowes. Alexander Retreat is well suited for families, couples or groups of friends, and with 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to seven people in comfort.

Alexander Retreat Holiday house has an open living design with spacious lounge area, dining area and kitchen. The living area has a television, DVD and stereo, while the kitchen is well appointed, including a microwave oven and good size family refrigerator. The laundry has a washing machine and there are two showers.

There is a large, private, enclosed back garden, perfect for families with small children, and a separate outdoor entertaining area with barbeque. Linen is supplied and the house is always maintained to a high standard of cleanliness.

Alexander Retreat is configured to comfortably sleep any combination of adults and children up to a maximum of 7...

Bedroom 1: One queen size bed
Bedroom 2: One single bed and a set of single bunks
Bedroom 3: Two single beds

All beds are equipped with pillows, doonas and doona covers. All linen, including top & bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels, facecloths & bathmats is provided, with beds made up before arrival and stripped after departure, for a minimal fee.

Linen Hire Charges: $30 per Queen bed and $15 per single bed or bunk. Charges apply per stay.
