Macmasters Beach Family Accommodation - 4 Bedrooms, Sleeps 10.

Modern four bedroom, two bathrooms, double storey house, metres from the flags at MacMasters Beach. Sea breezes and ocean glimpses from the huge, north-facing deck.

The house is nestled in a bushland setting and adjoins Bouddi National Park, making it extremely tranquil and private. Step off the back deck onto walking tracks to MacMasters Beach, Little Beach and beyond. It is a metre walk to Macs cafe at the Surf Club.

The central open-plan living/dining area has beautiful wooden floors and a vaulted ceiling and is flanked on either side by two bedrooms and a bathroom, making the house ideal for two familes. Bedroom one has a queen size bed and opens onto the deck. Bedroom two has double bunks and a king single, plus a trundle. Bedroom three has a double bed. Bedroom four has double bunks and a king single plus trundle. All bedrooms have bushland outlooks.

Kitchen features gas cooktop, microwave and dishwasher. Lounge room has high definition television and DVD player and play station 3. Laundry has a washing machine and dryer. Outdoor setting for 10 with a gas barbeque. There is also a cot available. Downstairs there is a small rumpus room with television and dvd player and a double lock up garage with a table tennis table.

Pets welcome as the back yard is fully fenced. Please note that an extra charge will be implemented if there is evidence of animals being inside the property.
