This property consists of 2 houses and a granny flat, situated on the clifftop overlooking the River Murray and sleeping a maximum of 24 people. It is set in tranquil gardens with birds, native shrubs, vines and fruit trees. All 3 buildings are built of sand stone with the two main houses having thick walls and high ceilings.
There are 2 enclosed external bathrooms and toilets, with one having a wall heater and an exhaust fan. Another toilet is situated on the north side of the house,if required. All linen is supplied with soap and shampoo. Breakfast provisions are included for you to cook. There are electric blankets, reverse cycle air conditioning, portable heaters, fans, fridges, ovens, microwaves, TV/DVD/CD/VCR, BBQ and whistling canaries.
This property has firm access roads to the river, but it is steep and needs 4 wheel drive vehicles to tow a speed boat up to the top of the cliffs.
A caretaker/handyman occupies a separate room in one house. He has his own toilet, bathroom,laundry and cooking facilities. If guests require assistance when he is home, he is there to help.
Have lived in the area for more than 50 years, with a wealth of experience and a good knowledge of the district and fruit industry.
Locality
The weather in the Riverland is mostly fine with lots of sunshine, even during winter. Swimming and water activities are an attraction for this region during the warmer months. Our B&B is ideally situated close to the river on the cliff top with superb views and access to the mighty river. We are close to the wineries, including Banrock Station. For those who enjoy sport there are lots of facilities available. The Loxton Historical Village is lovely. The Tree Of Knowledge on the riverfront at Loxton shows all the major flood levels of the river. For travellers with children the Monash Playground is worth a visit. Close by is the Cobdogla Steam Engine. Many people enjoy a picnic at Willabalangaloo. Renmark has Bredyl's Reptile Farm and a small plane airport. The area is well renowned for it's diversity in fresh fruit and vegetables, also dried and glazed fruit.

5 kilometres from Loxton on the main Loxton-Berri road. Look for Casson Ave and follow it about 600 metres to the B&B. A short distance is travelled on gravel and dirt road.
