Cottage, Holiday house, Farm stays

The house has 4 queen sized bedrooms, one has an ensuite & there is an extra bathroom, your extras can sleep on the sofa bed. The house is kept warm in winter by a slow combustion fire & has air conditioning & ceiling fans for summer. It has a fully equipped kitchen - including dishwasher, BBQ and indoor & outdoor dining for ten people. We are located less than 5km north of Cessnock, Grasmere Estate is well situated, close to major wineries, galleries, local shops and excellent restaurants. Good pub food nearby.
The property is quiet and private with 53 acres with a large lake that is home to the native wildlife.
Perfect for a break with friends or family
