Cottage, Farm stays

The Farmhouse is the largest of all our timber cottages and sleeps up to 16 people. This idyllic cottage looks down the valley, across the lake and along neighboring hills. The living area is varied with 5 large cosy leather sofas, a wonderfully long timber table everyone can gather at for meals, a fully equipped kitchen and the latest entertainment system 2 TVs and 500 in house movies. All the bedrooms have superior linens and towels provided. A wide verandah stretches out along the cottage - with barbecuing facilities & outdoor seating - a favored meeting place also for local parrots and native birds. Take an early morning walk down the hillside path to the river flats where the sheep and alpacas graze and watch the sunrise in the valley.
Weekend rate : $800 flat rate per night for up to 16
(eg $50 per person per night)

midweek rate: $400 flat rate per night
(eg $25 per person per night)
Weekly rate $2800.

"Absolutely fantastic place! We went down with a group of 12 or 13 friends and just had the best time. Rolling hills, a dam full of yabbies, amazing hosts, and 60 acres of beautiful land to explore... The fire was lit when we arrived and the house were kitted out with everything you could possibly need... not to mention the stunning views. It made for such a beautiful weekend, thanks so much. Highly recommended, we'll be back next year for sure!"

With Lorne, Birregurra, Deans Marsh & Forrest so close you don’t have to travel far to enjoy coastal beaches, local berry farms, restaurants & wineries, walking & mountain bike trails,The Otway Fly, fishing and other outdoor pursuits.
