Holiday house

Recently built home (2009) in North Lorne boasts filtered ocean views to the pier and tranquil surroundings. This lovely house is situated across the road from the Lorne Golf Course that borders the Angahook Lorne State Park. This area is home to native animals including: Koalas, Kangaroos, Echidnas, Cockatoos and Kookaburras.
Lorne village is approximately 1.5km away.

The house is fully furnished with:
- 3 large bedrooms
- 2 seperate living rooms both with T.V.
- large kitchen and dining area that seats a total of 10 (4 bar stools, 6 at table)
- large deck with filtered water views with BBQ

The upstairs area includes: main living room, kitchen, dining, deck, master bedroom with walk in robes and ensuite. Split heating/cooling system. Views from each room.

The downstairs area includes: rumpus room, 2 large bedrooms with built in robes, bathroom with heater, toilet, powder room and laundry
