Holiday house

Sleeps 10 plus, can accommodate 2 families or groups of friends. Modern double storey 4 bedroom house, with modern stylish furniture and appliances. Upstairs lounge with 40" LCD full HD TV, modern fully equiped kitchen and all appliances, 2 bathrooms and toilets, double spa bath, solid timber dining table for 8+, 2 deck areas, separate living areas, off-steet parking, and air conditioning upstairs.

Bookings available during schoolies period subject to owners discretion. For bookings other then schoolies - contact owner.

Locality

Quiet relaxing treed setting. Sit on the deck and enjoy the views over the fairway and trees. Kookaburras and rosellas come and visit. It is a short drive or walk to Lorne's town centre, its safe patrolled beaches, the supermarket, fashion boutiques, shops, and beach. Lorne has excellent restaurants and cafes. Play golf across the road from the house. Stroll or drive to the Golf Club bar and bistro just up the road, usually open in Summer. If open, you can enjoy a drink, lunch or dinner at reasonable prices, while enjoying the magnificent panoramic and ocean views. The golf club also has tennis courts, ask if you can have a hit. There is a big skate park and large new playground for the kids on the foreshore reserve. You can enjoy bush or beach walks. Walk to the pier. Go fishing on the pier or surf fishing off the beach or rocks. Whales can be seen around Lorne in late July-early August, ask at the Information Centre for sightings. Explore the Great Ocean Road and coast, Otways, waterfalls, Teddy's lookout, go fishing, swimming and surfing, It is a short walk to the swing bridge where they have paddle boats or have breakfast or a cuppa at the Swingbridge cafe. Have meals at the Lorne Hotel, or listen to live bands and party in nightclub/bar in summer. Lorne also has a cinema showing latest movies all year round. Have a BBQ at the coin operated electric BBQs on the foreshore just past the surfclub, overlooking the beach - great on a summer evening. Lots to do!

Rates apply for groups of up to 10 people.

A set of linen (bed sheets, pillow case bath towel) can be supplied for an additional $15 per person, otherwise each guest must bring their own linen.

A deposit of $300 is required to secure a booking.

A bond, as specified, is also payable which is refundable subject to inspection on departure and terms and conditions being met.
