TakeABreak currently lists over 12,000 properties of all types (not just hotels and not just last minute) online, right across Australia. We operate an on-request booking service that passes booking enquiries direct to you - putting you in touch with the guest and providing full details to enable direct contact.

Put your town on the map
Holiday Inspirations has long promoted regional travel, however we know that we have only scratched the surface and there are many more jewels waiting to be uncovered. First go to Holiday Inspirations website and search for your town. If you can't find it, or have some insider information to offer, then fill out the survey form and tell us of the hidden and not-so-hidden treasures to be found in your town or region. Please also email any photographs - which need to be 650 pixels minimum - that best illustrate your town to media @takeabreak.com.au.

Listing on TakeABreak.com.au incurs no up-front charge. We operate on a booking success fee of 10% of the booking amount due after the guest has stayed and paid. [More information on fees...] By submitting your property you agree to the terms of use of this website.

We are also able to provide online facilities for credit card deposits through our Online Payment System, you can select this option once your account is active.

Even if you have never listed online before, signing up will take only 10-20 minutes.  Your property will be listed live online as soon as you provide verification documents to us to confirm the location of your property.

If you operate multiple properties you can manage these easily by adding them under the one account.

Once your listing is set up, you will have access to edit and update it via our online, password protected administration area. If you have any questions about what type of information will be required during the set-up process please consult our helpful how to list your property document (please note that this is a large file and we don't recommend downloading it on a dial-up connection).
