A fully-equipped gourmet kitchen and poolside barbecue are available to prepare meals that can be enjoyed in the large country dining room or, more casually, on the pool deck or one of your three verandas.

Relax in the stylish and comfortable living room, around the pool or on any of the three verandas, or take a stroll through the grounds to the creek for a picnic.

A large, luxurious bathroom features a full size bath with a separate shower recess. As befits this beautiful rainforest estate, your water supply is pure, soft rainwater.

An extensive library, tourist information, games table, High Definition digital TV, DVD & VCR are provided for your enjoyment. Broadband 512K wireless internet connection is also available. However you may never need them – because you’re perfectly and conveniently located between the rainforest and the ocean, with all the superb attractions of the Lismore, Nimbin, The Channon, Byron Bay and the Rainbow Region all within easy reach.

This is Byron Bay Hinterland accommodation as you want it to be: accessible, central and easily found being opposite the Coffee Camp School on Tourist Drive 32, an 80km/h main road to Mount Warning, Nimbin and Lismore and only 15 minutes (20km) from Lismore's CBD from which Byron Bay can be reached in 40 minutes.

A bus stop is at the front gates for Waller's Murwillumbah-Lismore Route, tourist coaches and the Nimbin-Byron Shuttle.

A small tariff is payable for the facilities and to cover the extra cleaning, sanitising and deodorising for the comfort of our not-so-pet-friendly guests and allergy sufferers.

There are two, well appointed double bedrooms available:

* The Master Bedroom has a queen-size bed with matching Deco bedside tables and Deco lamps, dressing table, a vanity (cabinet de toilette), full wardrobe and fridge. Its easterly bay window captures the morning sun and its French windows open onto the North Veranda.

* The Black & Gold Bedroom is adjacent to the Master bedroom and has twin single beds that may be made up as a king-size bed. It also has a vanity (cabinet de toilette), full size Deco wardrobe with full-length mirror, bedside table and lamps & a fridge as well as French doors opening onto the North Veranda.

A double sofa bed with an inner spring mattress can sleep another one or two people comfortably in the lounge room for a negotiable rate.
