Tucked away in the pasture lands and rainforests of the mystical Nimbin Valley, lies Aldwych Park, a house catering for guests who want to get away from it all and yet central to everything the Northern Rivers offers.

Aldwych Park is a 1930s art Deco 2-bedroom farmhouse which has been fully restored & sensitively modernised.

It offers guests all the amenities they need to enjoy a completely relaxing holiday or short business stay.

Inside the grand country house, gracious rooms are perfectly complemented by extensive contemporary facilities.

A fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances including dishwasher is available to prepare meals that can be enjoyed in the large country dining room or, more casually, on one of your three verandas.

A large, luxurious bathroom features a full size bath with a separate shower recess. As befits this beautiful rainforest sustainable estate, your toilet is dual-flush and your water supply is pure, soft rainwater.

The Living Room features a log fire, double sofa-bed, High Definition digital 32" (1366x768) LCD eco-friendly Television with DTV USB recording, USB infoLink & 4 x HDMI receiving all free land to air channels & DVD player , bay window, extensive library, tourist information & games table,

Wireless Broadband is available together with a direct dial telephone together with other optional extras including massage.

However you may never need them - because you're perfectly & conveniently located between the rainforest & the sea, with all the superb attractions of the Lismore, Nimbin, The Channon, Byron Bay, Casino, Ballina & even the Gold Coast all within easy reach within an hour..

Locality

This is Byron Bay Hinterland accommodation as you want it to be: accessible, central and easily found being opposite the Coffee Camp School on Tourist Drive 32, an 80km/h main road to Mount Warning, Nimbin and Lismore and only 15 minutes (18km) from Lismore's CBD from which Byron Bay can be reached in 40 minutes.

The estate is a registered Land for Wildlife property and is undergoing regeneration by the resident host from a degraded cattle property.

A bus stop is at the front gates for Waller's Murwillumbah-Lismore Route, tourist coaches and the Nimbin-Byron Shuttle.

This is the best of all worlds in which to unwind: gentle peace & quiet surrounded by one of the most beautiful, diverse landscapes and ecosystems in Australia.

Pets

Aldwych Park is pet friendly with house-trained pets welcomed indoors. A small tariff is payable (see Rates below) for the facilities and for the extra cleaning, sanitising, deodorising & pest control necessary for the comfort of our not-so-pet-friendly guests and allergy sufferers.
