Unwind and relax in your very own unique farmhouse. Set on a 200 acre property, Ocean & Earth Farmstay has the best of both worlds. Get back to nature - the property is surrounded by natural bushland brimming with native wild life and the friendly farm animals provide the perfect farm holiday experience. You'll have the whole place to yourself and with the relaxed casual atmosphere, it's the ideal place for that family holiday with plenty of activities to keep both kids and parents happy. The loft style farmhouse is full of character and sleeps up to 14 people. Features include: huge open plan living and dining area, two bathrooms, a fully self contained kitchen, bar area with pool table and stereo/CD player, open fire place and huge undercover outdoor area with BBQ and pool table. All bed linen supplied, but byo towels.

The perfect location - Ocean & Earth Farmstay is an easy 2 1/2hr drive north of Sydney on the F3 freeway. Just 40 minutes north Newcastle and 30 minutes to Nelsons Bay and Tea Gardens

Farm animals live on the property, Cattle, Chickens, Horses, Dogs, Guests able to interact with the farm animals, Working farm with some limits on guest access to animals.

Interaction with larger animals on the farm is done under supervision of owner.

Fishing

Fishing available on-site.

Our dam is fully stocked with perch, bass and yellow belly and we also have yabby dams on the property.
