Bed & Breakfast

Lilli Pilli, Batemans Bay is located approximately 4 hours from Sydney and 2 hours drive from Canberra. Batemans Bay is a tourist destination including all holiday activities, cafes & fine restaurants. The bed & breakfast is 10km drive from the town of Batemans Bay. We are situated opposite the scenic Lilli Pilli beach, (30 metres walk to the water), which has a park inclusive of a gas bbq. The park overlooks lovely Lilli Pilli beach.
There are 10 kilometres of bush clifftop walks north to Denhams Beach and south to Mosquito Bay overlooking the ocean.
Local Bakery/Cafe 10 minute walk.

Locality

Lilli Pilli is located 10km south of the Batemans Bay CBD. If arriving from Sydney or Canberra, cross the bridge over the Clyde River, turn left at the second set of lights on the Princes Highway. Go through the roundabout and lights and proceed for approximately 10 klm along Beach Road. Beach Road turns into George Bass Drive at the suburb of Surf Beach. Continue onto Fairview Drive, which is a left turn off George Bass Drive, passing Lilli Pilli Rd and the Lilli Pilli Estate which you will see on the right. The house is opposite the beach and is Number 15.

If arriving from the far south coast, turn right at the Visitors Centre at Beach Road, proceed along Beach Road and follow directions mentioned above.

Property

The bed & breakfast is situated on the ground floor of the main residence with a northern aspect, and contains one room for a booking of two (2) people only. Continental breakfast provisions are provided for self-catering.
Off street parking is available.

Check in 2pm; check out 10.30am.
