Holiday house

This well appointed beach house is on the 'Golden Mile' opposite the sand-dunes of five mile beach and overlooking the beautiful bay of Pittwater. The accommodation is built over 2 levels with beach and island views from both levels.

The ground floor level has 1 Queen ensuited master bedroom and 1 double bedroom with separate bathroom & toilet, fully equiped kitchen, open plan loung/dining, flowing to outside balcony with magical views. There is also a separate office/workstation/play area on this level.

Downstairs accommodates 2 people with a Queen bedroom and a separate toilet / shower, plus reading area and rumpus room.

The rear garden is fully fenced.

Lewisham Retreat is the perfect set up for 2 couples sharing or a family holiday.

150 metres to sand & water.

150 meters to enclosed childrens swing park.

Locality

Lewisham Retreat is very relaxing. Lap up the kilometres of nature reserve with walking on the coastline track, swimming, diving, surfing, fishing.

Keep an eye out for the Dolphins and the friendly sea lion!

Getting there:

From Hobart Airport follow major road signs to Sorell. Once at Sorell turn right at lights onto Arthur Highway - A9. Follow A9 for 5 mins then turn right at Lewisham sign - this is Lewisham Scenic Drive. Follow this road for 5 mins - we are at 183 Lewisham Scenic Drive on the right hand side.

Rate is based on 7 night minimum stay for 2 people. However we can accommodate 2-3 nights if preferred.

A fully refundable bond of $200 is required.

Lewisham Retreat is strictly a non smoking property.

Parties and functions are strictly prohibited. The rental charged is for domestic use only and not commercial use. This rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning,garbage removal, wear and tear etc... Use contrary to this will result in termination of tenancy.
