Cottage, Holiday house

Suitable for one or two families, or up to three couples, The Bothy has 3 bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with twin king single beds.

The lower level comprises an inviting living area, complete with very comfy lounge and slow combustion wood burning fire, dining area, fully equipped modern kitchen, one queen bedroom, bathroom and a separate toilet. There is also a large deck with gas BBQ and outdoor table.

The upper level has an extra large living area complete with high atrium ceilings. There are 2 more bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen bed and one with 2 king single beds. There is also another bright and sunny deck to enjoy the mountain air and gorgeous bird life. A flat screen TV with Austar pay TV connection is also upstairs.

Sit on the completely private decks, enjoy the bush outlooks and feel you are away from it all, while still being minutes to Leura, crammed with antique shops, galleries, great cafes and award winning restaurants.

Leura Cascades and Gordon Falls are also close by, along with Katoomba and Echo Point with the unique Three Sisters, Skyway, Scenic Railway and much more...!
