This house is situated 1 small block from the beach. There are front and rear oiled timber decks both covered for all weather use, the front deck has ocean views. There is a cute little gazebo in the back yard with a lock away gas BBQ. Ideal for the summer outdoor BBQ dinner lunches. The property is beautifully decorated with oiled timber furniture complimenting the timber floors. There is a well appointed kitchen, family room, and laundry/bathroom. It sleeps 5 in 1 queen, 2 singles and 1 day bed. Tastefully scattered around the unit and gardens are authentic maritime remnants such as a large anchor, brass dinner bell, fishing net and the like. The decorations add to the fantastic feel of this gorgeous beach hut. An easy 3-4 minute stroll takes you to all the shops, clubs and award winning restaurants the village of Lennox Head has to offer. Lake Ainsworth is a lazy 5min stroll along the beach.
