Great house for couples, families and friends.

Beach place has 2 master bedrooms. Master bedroom 1 Queen bed with ensuite.
Master bedroom 2 Queen bed with easy access to family bathroom.
Middle bedroom has a set of quality bunks and a queen sized ensemble.

Spacious kitchen and open living area.

Separate TV lounge room .

Large covered patio/veranda with seating for up to 8 people.

Enclosed yard for kids and dogs.

Table tennis in the shed.

Explore the coastal communities of the Midwest, Jurian bay, Cervantes. Visit Dongara (Be sure to visit the bakery not to be missed!) Checkout the old township of Greenough.

Leeman is on the Old Stock Route take your 4x4 to Stockyard Gully National Park,

Or just lay back and relax enjoy the beaches, playground and recently installed ocean foot path if you prefer a gentle walk rather than beach combing.

Property

We offer hire linen for 20.00 per person for your stay, bring your own beach towels.

You are welcome to bring your own linen
If you are supplying your own you will need top & bottom sheets/doona cover, pillow cases and towels.

The house is self clean leaving it clean and swept.
Cleaning can be arranged.
Standard clean $50.00
Full clean including barbecue $60.00

For the boaties plenty of room to park the boat.

The house would suit people with limited mobility with lots of room and flat with the exception of one small step at main door. The main bathroom would fit a wheelchair. we do not have hand rails,shower chair or a hand held shower.
