The Red Feather Inn is listed with the National Trust and Heritage Commission and was constructed with convict labour in 1842 it is entirely built of local sandstone a beautiful example of the simple lines of Georgian architecture, as well as the Inn itself there is a wonderful stone barn area which is available for larger functions such as weddings, we can seat 50 at tables in the large Barn and 25 in The Stable, the rooms are all centrally heated with gaslog fires in the sitting areas the bathrooms are state of the art with all modern facilities
