The property features 3 bedrooms. Award winning chef's delight kitchen with granite bench tops, European appliances and dishwasher. Open plan living and dining area leading onto a fully enclosed private courtyard. Bathroom features double shower and a unique water feature. Separate office with desk and chair. Polished floor boards, reverse cycle ducted under floor and in ceiling air conditioning/heating, double glazing, garaging for 2 cars.

Locality

Located close to the CBD in a very quiet street. Launceston's many parks and natural attractions are within easy walking distance, and transport, shops, cafes, supermarkets etc only minutes walk. Launceston General Hospital is two blocks away.
