Cottage, Holiday house, Self-contained apartment

Emery Cottage is a newly renovated, contemporary cottage with top quality amenities. The garden provides excellent outdoor living. It is located in a beachside community between Ralph's Bay Conservation Area and the fabulous Frederick Henry Bay. The cottage is within short distance of the airport and a range of beaches for swimming, fishing, surfing and walking. The local area is well supplied with good Tasmanian produce and a variety of restaurants. The cottage is well located as a base for trips to Tasman Peninsula, Port Arthur, Coal Valley Wineries, Salamanca Market and much more. Equally, it is a quiet and relaxing get-away where you can rejuvenate before the next adventure.

Feedback from recent bookings have been very positive and have commented on the clean and modern facitlities, relaxing atmosphere and good quality linen.

Locality

The cottage is 17 minutes drive from Hobart, and located to a fabulous range of surfing, swimming and fishing beaches.

The property is located in a quiet area. There is a generous and relaxing back yard.
