AVAILABLE EASTER! If you are looking for top quality short term holiday accommodation in Darwin you can't go past Larrakeyah Luxury. This spacious three-bedroom apartment, situated on the corner of Mitchell Street and Marsina Court Larrakeyah is within walking distance to Darwin City shops, restaurants, cinemas, tourist attractions and night life. It is also just minutes away from the casino, golf links, tennis courts, botanical gardens, Darwin's famous Mindil Beach markets and beautiful Cullen Bay The Bay precinct is home to many popular restaurants, gift and jewellery shops, gym, day spa, hair dressers, fishing charters and harbour cruises.

This large comfortable apartment has an open plan living-dining area which houses an 8-seater dining setting, lounge, TV, DVD, and CD-radio. The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen has an Mele electric stove, George Foreman grill, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. There are three balconies to relax on and the main bathroom has a spa bath and laundry.

The apartment has three large bedrooms; one with an en-suite and queen size bed, the second also with a queen size bed and the third with three single beds. The apartment also features a fourth bedroom-nursery with a cot if required. The bedrooms, which have spacious built in mirrored robes, have been placed each side of the living area for privacy. Two of the bedrooms have balconies and there is a third balcony off the living area.

This short term rental property is the perfect place for holidays for extended families, is excellent for retirees sharing accommodation, and the best home-away-from-home for the executive on working stints in the Northern Territory.
