A self-contained, two-bedroom apartment, pet friendly, self-catering for breakfast, (breakfast provisions by arrangement), private yard and barbecue. Adjoins a mountain reserve in Tuggeranong, (South Canberra) with bush walks and tranquil surrounds.
"There are a number of "best things" from the hospitality & warm welcoming of the property manager Cedric, to the location, so close to everything in Canberra, to having everything we needed and more for our stay.
Even wine & beer on arival, with chocolates & minties.you do not get that service anywhere.
I came to Canberra with my crew Team Subwway Woolgoolga Rallysport to compete in the Australian Rally Championship. There was plenty of room for my rallycar trailer & crew.
We will b back next year."

Lovely touches with wine and beer, soft drink and lollies on arrival and a decanter of port for a good nights sleep!! thanks again Cedric !!"

It was like we were staying at home. It had that homely feel.
The fact that everything was set up(including a cot for my son) and the Complimentary drinks and chocolate was a great delight.
My advice for anyone travelling to canberra to look these guys up as it was the best stay we have ever encounted "

"I am currently sitting in the lounge room of the appartment writing these comments about our stay here.
First thing we noticed was the quiet cal-de-sac with a bush land setting to set you in the mood for RELAXATION. Meeting Cedric (the manager/operator) was like dropping in and staying with an old mate and he made all of us (the whole family, puppies included) feel so very welcome. Cedric showed us around the granny flat style appartment and even our dogs felt comfortable with Cedric and his brother. For Teresa and I, it felt like being a teenager again with the comfort & security of home but being of holidays at the same time....Oh what a feeling.....
Cedric, we wish to again thank you for the warm welcome and the very comfortable environment that you have given us.
The only thing that is stopping us from staying longer is our schedule and we tried to see if we could change it but alais no cookie.
We hope to be back during the easter 2009 school holidays.

"Langley Heights is fantastic! The hosts are very flexible to accomodate all needs - both for people and dogs! The property is very quiet and spotlessly clean. The bed and linen is so comfortable there is no good reason to rush out in the morning. However best of all are the special treats that are left for guests in the fridge! They have thought of everything!"

"Langley Heights B&B has been an excellent home-from-home for us while over from the UK visiting family who live in ACT. As we had an extended stay this time we chose to self-cater and the separate fully-equipped flat provided us with the independence to live normally while in the area and not be dependent on relatives.
The area is served by many paths and cycleways and the local bus services are quite frequent into Tuggeranong, with links on to Woden and Civic. However for convenience and to make the most of both the city and countryside, visitors would benefit most if the have access to a car.
Sited part-way up Tuggeranong Hill, the area is beautiful and the view from the flat and garden is spectacular. Cedric and Pattama are great hosts and we look forward to returning.

"I had a wonderful stay at Langley Heights. The unit has everything you could need, and the hosts were incredibly thoughtful with little touches like tissues in every room, internet access and especially the complimentary beer and wine in the fridge and port and chocolates on the bedroom dresser!
Lots of information on what to do where to eat is provided.
Although it is a short distance from Canberra, for a family, it is the perfect set up to enjoy all the ACT has to offer."

"we had a very pleasant stay, the accomodation was more than adequate, with plenty of bedding/towels etc. The kids particularly enjoyed the enclosed back yard, we enjoyed the fantastic shower and very comfy beds- not too hard, not too soft, but just right! "We have had a very enjoyable 16 days' stay at
Langley Heights Bed and Breakfast. The accomodation was very good and clean with more than adequate kitchen utensils and our hosts Cedric and Pattama extremely helpful and friendly. Furthermore, the place is located in a pleasant, quiet suburb in a natural environment, but only about a 20 minutes' drive away from Civic and a good base to explore the surrounding parks.
Overall, the place is really good value.

"We were surprised to find, in a suburban street on a hill, such a beautiful gem of a place. It was tasteful, roomy enough for our 5 adult sized family, warm (on a freezing night), comfortable. It felt like our own secret hideaway. Our host was most helpful, generous and flexible. I was sorry we could not take up the offer of a Thai dinner cooked on the premises.
