Cottage, Holiday house

Our modern 2 bedroom brick cottage is located in one of the nicest parts of Sydney. Linley Point is a quiet suburban area approximately 12 km from the city, and easily accessible by public transport. The cottage is clean and comfortable, set amongst magnificent homes, with expansive views down the Lane Cove River to the Sydney Harbour Bridge. The house is fully self contained with 2 bedrooms a fully equipped kitchen, large lounge room, garden, balcony etc. The main bedroom has a Queen size bed and built-in wardrobes. The second bedroom has a single bed, and a fold-up bed suitable for teenagers. Outdoors there is a garden and balcony and BBQ facilities, and there is a children's playground nearby.

The 2 bedroom cottage is adjacent to our own home and is about 20 years old. We have been letting this property for holiday accommodation for over 10 years, and have several couples who visit regularly.

Locality

Linley Point is separated from historic Hunters Hill by the Lane Cove River which runs into Sydney Harbour. The area is quiet, yet only 12 Km from the city. The neighbours are friendly and there are the opportunities to walk by the waterfront or bushwalk.

Property

The cottage is approximately 15 years old and is very comfortable for up to 3 adults. All linen is supplied, and there are no problems with road traffic or noisy neighbours. On-street parking is readily available.
