Holiday apartment, Self-contained apartment

Ultimate Holiday Apartments are located in the heart of Lakes Entrance, within footsteps of restuarants, shops and the Ninety Mile Beach.

The spacious, 21 square luxury, one, two and three bedroom apartments all contain their own ensuite with a spa bath in the main bedroom. Each apartment has a lock up garage and a carport.

The apartments are modernly furnished with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. All apartments have their own private balcony with views of the Gippsland Lakes.

Lakes Entrance is a small fishing village with so much to offer and has a vast selection of activities for you to do while you enjoy your stay with us.

Locality

Centrally located. Across the road from the footbridge which gives you access to Ninety Mile Beach. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance.
Lakes Entrance is well known for fishing and boating but there is so much more on offer.
Suggestions on Day Trips include- Buchan Caves 45min drive (one way). Raymond Island 45 min drive (one way).
Bairnsdale 30 min drive (one way).

Peak season- 23/12/11 until 09/01/12 & 06/04/12 until 10/04/11. Shoulder season- 23/09/11 until 23/12/11 & 10/01/12 until 06/04/12.Off peak- 11/04/12 until 22/09/12.
One bedroom apartment during peak season is $300 a night minimum 5 night stay. Minumum 3 night over Easter period.
Two bedroom apartment during peak season is $375 a night minimum 5 night stay. Minimum 3 night stay over Easter period.
Three bedroom apartment during peak season is $425 a night minimum 5 night stay. Minimum 3 night stay over Easter period.
One bedroom apartment during shoulder season is $225 a night minimum 2 night stay. Additional nights are charged at $175.
Two bedroom apartment during shoulder season is $300 per night minumum 2 night stay. Additional nights are charged at $250 a night.
Three bedroom apartment during shoulder season is $350 a night minimum 2 night stay. Additional nights are charged at $300 a night.
One bedroom apartment during off peak is $200 a night minimum 2 night stay. Additional nights are charged at $150 a night with 7th night being free.
Two bedroom during off peak is $275 a night minimum 2 night stay. Additional nights are charged at $225 a night with 7th night being free. Three bedroom during off peak is $325 a night minimum 2 night stay. Additional nights are charged at $275 a night with 7th night being free.
