"UPON ARRIVAL WE FOUND THE POINT HOLIDAY HOUSE WAS CLEAN WHICH HELPED US TO EASILY SETTLE IN. THE HOUSE IS IN A GREAT LOCATION IN RELATION TO THE TOWN, WITH MAGNIFICANT VIEWS OVER-LOOKING THE LAKE. ..."

At The Point, it's only a few metres to the water's edge and your own private boat mooring berth. The water views from this large, two storey house are magnificent.

The house includes a large games room with pool table and TV/DVD/CD, plus a more formal lounge room with TV/DVD. The house comfortably accommodates eight people in four bedrooms. Two bedrooms have ensuites, and there is another bathroom and separate toilet.
Pets are welcome, but outside only. The yard is fenced.

Locality

The Point is on the North Arm in Lakes Entrance, about 2 minutes drive to the centre of town. There is a lovely walk around the water's edge into the town.
