Cottage, Self-contained apartment

Totall renovated & refurbished inside & out during winter of 2010, you will enjoy new kitchens, bathrooms with shower, vanity & toilet, new comfortable living area furniture, new queen beds in all main bedrooms, as well as relaxing outside on your private decked area.
Each cottage is fully self contained, with full cooking facilities. All include comfortable furniture, bed linen and bath towels. Each cottage has it's own HD television and dvd player, hair dryer, iron & ironing board for your private use during your stay. Your cottage has reverse cycle airconditioning to ensure your comfort year round.
You also have you own clothes line and car park with boat parking available on request. BBQ facilities are onsite as is a coin operated laundry for your use.
Once booked in you can leave your car parked. Kickback is within easy walking distance to shopping strip, footbridge, front lake, water sports and the famous 90 mile beach. The shopping strip offers supermarkets, clothes & surf shops, cafe's, restaurants, clubs, bait shops, mini golf and cruise operators to name a few.
Kickback is also close to Golf courses, aquatic centre, lawn bowls, cinema, tennis courts and all other facilities and attractions.
Discounts at local clubs are available for all guestsof Kickback.

Locality

We are an easy walking distance to local shops, restaurants, clubs and the footbridge across to the 90 mile beach.
Buchan Caves is a 3/4 hour drive away.
We are close to some of the best fishing around, take your pick of surf, rivers or the lakes.
