The property can accommodate a maximum of 9 persons in four bedrooms. Two bedrooms have QS beds; another has two bunks; the other has two bunks. All bedlinen supplied, just bring your own towels. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The laundry has a washing machine, and a shower and toilet.

There are two living areas - one containing a 3 & 4 seater lounge suite, TV & DVD/VCR; the other has a sofa, a 2nd TV and lounger.

The modern kitchen has electric cooking and a microwave, with all the cutlery and crockery provided.

The cottage has Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning and fans.

There is a rear entertainment deck with outdoor settings and a BBQ, all set in a lovely garden with a fully fenced backyard.

There is off street parking available for 5 cars and/or boat parking.

Locality

Located 1.3km from the 90 Mile Eastern Beach, and only 2kms from the main shopping centre.

Being 1km off the Princes Highway gives you a peaceful and quiet setting to relax in.
