Holiday house

Ten minutes walk from the centre of town. This little piece of paradise adjoins a leafy green nature reserve. There are four bedrooms, bathroom and en-suite, modern kitchen and living area with a north facing deck looking through the treetops of a nature reserve. Downstairs is a large entertainment room with billiard table and north facing deck. There is ample undercover off street parking for a boat and cars.
The house would be great for two families to share and to appreciate the things Lakes Entrance has to offer like the surf beaches, lake swimming, fishing, boating, golf, walking, bike riding, wineries and lake cruises.

Property

The main entrance to Beach Place is upstairs where there is a large, open living area. The modern kitchen is fully fitted out with everything you will need during your stay. It also has new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen overlooks the north facing deck where there is further seating in an outdoor dining area with BBQ facilities. The adjoining lounge has a reverse cycle air conditioner/heater and a wood fired heater. Relax on the comfy leather lounge with LCD flatscreen TV and DVD. There is a collection of books and magazines, an extensive DVD collection and a CD player which is IPod compatible. Perhaps Scrabble or Celebrity Heads are more to your liking?
Upstairs has 4 bedrooms with sleeping for 8 people, 1 Queen, 2 Double and 2 singles with mattresses underneath which can be requested as an extra.
There is a bright bathroom with bath and shower and an en-suite. A separate toilet and a laundry with washing machine.
Downstairs can be accessed from both inside and outside the house. The room is open plan with a bar, pool table, ample seating and a TV area with DVD and CD player, where you can also plug in your Wii. There is a reverse cycle air conditioner/heater. The downstairs room opens onto a north facing deck.
