Adams Cottage has separate living areas ideal for different age groups. There is a large lounge, a separate dining area and a kitchen/family room with TVs and DVD and/or VHS and CD players. The sunroom opens onto a covered and fenced deck (ideal for the young children to enjoy their toys). There is a reverse cycle airconditioner, a log fire and gas heaters. The back garden is fully fenced and enclosed. There is ample off street parking for cars and boats. Pets are welcome indoors and outdoors. There are lots of books and a wide variety to suit many different tastes, an ideal opportunity to curl up and read.
LocalityA 15 minute walk to the Footbridge surf beach, shops and restaurants. Just a 2 minute drive to all shops, supermarkets, restaurants and other attractions. Lakes Entrance is 4 hours drive from Melbourne on the Gippsland Lakes and a great drive from Sydeny either by the coast or in fine weather through Canberra, Cooma, Bombala and Cann River. Local AttractionsSurf beaches, lake swimming, fishing, boating, golf, bike riding, walking, wineries and lake cruisers. Easy day trips to Buchan Caves, Cape Conron and the Loch Sport National Park.
