Holiday house

The Sandbar is a bright & sunny family friendly 4 bedroom house. It has two bathrooms one of which has been newly renovated.
All inclusions ie: whitegoods, kitchenwear & manchester. The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils, cutlery and crockery.
We also have an array of pushbikes for your use (helmets are NOT provided and guests must be advised that it is against the law to ride without a helmet). Ffishing gear is also available for you to enjoy.
A gas BBQ is provided as well as an outside wood fire for you to sit around & tell stories.
The Sandbar consists of a large flat yard with plenty of room for boats & cars. There is also a lock up garage for your use.
Native birds, kookaburras, kangaroos & possums often visit the Sandbar.

"Wow what a wonderful week we had at The Sandbar. We were able to walk everywhere with the shop and beack nearby. It was lovely to spend some time away in such a relaxed atmosphere. Locality

The Sandbar is situated in a family friendly holiday town within Lake Conjola National Park. It is located approximately 3 hours south of Sydney , 3 hours east of Canberra and about an hour and a half easy drive from Wollongong. Ulladulla/Milton is less than a 15 minutes drive, that has an array of restaurants, shopping, arts & crafts. The Sandbar is a 10 minute stroll west to the Bottleshop/Convenience Store. Tennis courts are a 5 minute walk away. Post Office, Gas bottle exchange, boat & canoe hire/takeaway food outlet are a 10 minute stroll east. Surf Beach & main boat ramp is a 2 minute drive. Lake Conjola is well known for its surfing,water skiing, wakeboarding & fishing.
