Cottage

One room cottage-studio accommodation.
Suitable for couples and small child or baby.Situated on a 1 acre property adjacent to family residence.
The Poolhouse has one living area /bedroom.
Small kitchenette including full size fridge freezer, microwave oven, toaster and kettle,separate toilet,separate bathroom with claw foot bath,and deck overlooking the solar heated pool.
Full use of pool, bbq facilities including wok burner and
playground equipment for the little ones.
The Poolhouse is only 1 minutes drive to the lake.

Locality

The Poolhouse Lake Conjola is situated on a 1 acre property, 3 hours south of Sydney and 2.5 hours from Canberra.The property is 1 minute from beautiful Lake Conjola.
Six minutes drive to Historic Milton and 10 minutes to Ulladulla and Mollymook.
Jervis Bay Marine Park is only 30 minutes north and Batemans Bay is only 45 minutes to the south.
Lake Conjola is situated in the Shoalhaven which is renowned for its white sandy beaches and great surfing. The Lake is a haven for fishing,kayaking,swimming,water ski-ing and simply relaxing.

Water sports-surfing, swimming, snorkelling, diving, kayaking, water skiing and fishing.There are also horse riding schools within the area.
Ulladulla Leisure Centre has a gym, 4 pools & kids activities. Ulladulla also has a Cinema & Timezone.
Shopping: The historic town of Milton has great Art galleries,boutiques & crafts, Ulladulla has a range of shops and boutiques to browse & a choice of supermarkets.
Dining: Milton has a great food culture including a divese range of cafes and restaurants. Much of the food in Milton is produced in the premises and includes local and organic produce. There many Restaurants & cafes in Ulladulla. There are also a number of clubs providing dining & entertainment.
Day outings include Batemans Bay, Historic Mogo Town, Whale & Dolphin Watch Cruises- Jervis bay, 4WD Tours, and fishing charters.
There are also a number of local wineries to visit.
