door entry to very large balcony.

(3) KING PARROT ROOM (image 10)

With (2) king singles that can be
joined for a king size bed when required . Also there is a bathroom with shower and bath (5) metres away .

(4) ROSELLA ROOM (image 11 )

With Queen size bed, bathroom with shower and bath (2) metres away and sliding door entry to very large balcony .

Also there is large kitchen with ceramic cooktop, fan forced oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave oven and all required utensils.

Generous, quality breakfast provisions or delicious,cooked full breakfast is included in the tariff.

Refreshments are provided on
your arrival .

Large bbq is located at the top level balcony.

Also there are large living areas
throughout, including 100 square
meters of east facing balconies.

The Lodge is convenietly located for
Wedding Guests Accomodation .
Being a short drive away from various Wedding Venues like Loxley on Bellbird Hill ,Chapel Hill and Mt Tomah Botanical Gardens to name a few .

Numerous species of birds can be
seen from the balconies, including
Lyrebirds, King Parrots, Crimson
Rosellas, Various Cockatoos, Owls,
Various Native Pidgeons and Ducks
in the dam .

Also Eastern Water Dragon Lizards
can be seen only meters away on
the rock face above the dam .

Pair of Lace Monitors/Guannas can be
found sometimes, climbing trees
during the summer months.

Native flora including The Waratahs
can be seen during some of the
bush walks.

Kurrajong Village is only (4) km's
away with it's Restaurants, Antiques,
Art and Craft, Cafes and most other
services required.

The exellent Sassafras Creek Cafe
is located at centre of Kurrajong
Village .

Numerous bush walking tracks and
rock climbing/canyoning just minutes
away. Guide booklets can be obtained.

The Crago dark sky Observatory site
is located about 300 meters away,
providing opportunity to view the
nights sky. The observing schedule
can be provided.

We are located adjacent to the World Heritage Listed Blue Mountains National Park and a short drive from
The Wollomi National Park,home of
the Wollomi Pine . Also short drive
from Mt Tomah, Mt Wilson and
Mt Irvine Cool Climate Gardens.

Hawkesbury,Napean and Grose
Rivers are nearby for Fishing, Water
Skiing and General Boating .

Also Freshwater Fishing, including
Trout Fishing can be found further
up the mountains .

The Hawkesbury Harvest Farm Gate
Trail and Farmers Markets, located
nearby.

The splendid Enniskillen Orchard,
founding member of Hawkesbury

1/ Providing deposit constitutes the guests acceptance of these terms and conditions,

2/ If a booking is cancelled more than
(28) days prior to the guests arrival date , deposit will be refunded , less
(30) % administration fee .

3/ If a booking is cancelled less than (28) days prior to your arrival date
your full deposit, less (30)%
administration fee will only be
refunded if we are able to relet the
accommodation with a replacement
booking for the entire period of your
booking , cancelled .

4/ The owner will make every effort to
ensure the property is available as booked. However the owner reserves
the right to make alterations to bookings
due to unforeseen circumstances, in
such circumstances any deposit paid
shall be returned in full .

5/ Upon departure guests are to leave
the property in a similar state to its
condition on arrival .

6/ Any Damage, Breakage, Theft and
Loss are the tenants responsibility
during their stay.

7/ The owner takes no responsibility for
the tenants personal property.

8/ Bookings are not tranferable to others.

9/ Variations to these conditions may
only be made by prior arrangements
with the owner in writing .
