Single bedroom unit with large lounge. Sleeps up to four people, with double bed in bedroom and double sofa bed in lounge. Baby Cot available upon request. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine provided in laundry. Separate shower and toilet. Air-conditioner (heating and cooling) in lounge.

No smoking inside the cottage. No pets allowed.

Locality

Located a short drive (10-15 minutes) to the rural city of Warrnambool, the historic town of Port Fairy, Tower Hill Game Reserve and Killarney Beach. Day trips to Portland, The Grampians, Mt Eccles & Hopkins Falls. Koroit is also part of the Warrnambool - Port Fairy Rail Trail, and has their own Botanical Gardens.

Local facilities in Koroit include supermarket, post office, butcher, bakery, hairdresser, mechanics, medical clinic, pharmacy and numerous dine-in/take-away food businesses. The main retail area is a short drive or approximately a 1.5km walk from the cottage.
