The upper level comprises 2 bedrooms (master with french doors capturing lovely ocean views) and the other with 2 x single beds, cool polished timber floors throughout, marble bathroom, hosters kitchen with granit benches and stainless appliances, lovely furnishings throughout and from the lounge / dining area gorgeous french doors that lead out to the large entertainers deck that commands brilliant ocean views. The ground level is completely separate and consists of 1 x large rumpus room (3 x single beds) and marble bathroom, laundry and tandem lock up garage that extends through to a large fenced grassy garden. (One area for the adults and the other for kids - or perhaps 2 couples).



The home is directly opposite the beach and close to patrolled areas. A leisurely 15 minute stroll will have you at Kirra shopping and Coolangatta cafes.
