Holiday house

Cheerful cottage ideal for those who love to surf, stroll on the beach, fish, cycle, bushwalk in the National Park or just laze beside the ocean.
150 mtrs from Merry Beach and 750 mtrs from 2 others and a boatramp, Meredy's has 2 double bedrooms, another with a double bed and single bunk, plus extra beds in the living area and double bunks with trundle in the garage. Garage has internal access to the house and is lined.
Table tennis, mountain bikes, board games and a variety of movies. Tennis courts nearby.
Cafe/ general store/ restaurant seconds away.Small fenced yard at back with undercover barbecue, and dog kennel.
3.5 hours from Sydney and 2 hours from Canberra.

Locality

Only 150mtrs from Merry Beach and a few hundred meters from the National Park, this is an ideal location for sun lovers, bushwalkers, mountain bikes and 4WD.
The General Store,take away food shop and Aunt Emma's restaurant are just opposite for comvenience, but the house is screened by trees which gives privacy on the front deck to watch the world go by.

Property

Meredy's is fully equiped with all of the modern conveniences, including large screen TV, DVD, video, stereo, full kitchen with all appliances including a cappacino machine, however, it still has that feeling of yesteryear that allows you to relax like you used to at Nanna's. We've included a wide range of DVD's, books magazines, games, cd's for all ages.
The games room has a table tennis table and 2 mountain bikes for your use. Inside there is a full bathroom and then outside there is another shower and toilet.
The bbq area is under cover and also features an old style wood oven for warmth or some of Grandma's cooking.
The back yard is small, but fenced off for a dog and includes a kennel and undercover area.
Out the front there is the deck, with outdoor setting where you can have the birds feed out of your hand.
The rest of the yard is open with lots of space for the kangaroos to come and visit.
